However, due to the delicate nature of the fabrics, the items may crease during shipping and handling. Items that are received wrinkled and/or creased are not considered defective and are not eligible for a refund. The items may simply require ironing or steaming to restore it to its original condition.
You may return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged purchase for any reason within 20 days of ship date (30 days for our international customers), for a complete refund excluding shipping charges.
Please note return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was a mistake on the order.
While your child will look “picture perfect” in every Feltman Brothers purchase, we do not allow your child to wear an item with the tags tucked inside "just for photographs" and attempt to return the item for a refund. Should we suspect a violation of our return policy, we will refuse the refund.
All returns must include the original hanger and packaging materials or there will be a $10.00 USD charge.
Please note that many of our items are designed with hand embroidery. Therefore each item may vary slightly making every item unique! If you are unhappy with the design, and you would like to exchange an item/s we will be happy to assist you, but it will be considered a regular exchange and exchange shipping will be charged.

Your return request will be reviewed, once approved you will receive an email with more information for your return.
To make an exchange simply place a new order for the items you require and then follow the return instructions listed here for the item(s) you wish to return. Please note exchange shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was a mistake on the order.
When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue a credit to your card excluding shipping charges within 7 business days.
Please allow additional 4-5 business days after the refund is processed for the transaction to post in your account.
Please be advised, if you received free shipping with your order, $9.95 USD will be subtracted from your total refund for domestic shipping charges if the total of items kept is under $95.00 USD. For free shipping to Canada we will subtract $25.00 USD. If you already placed an exchange order and paid exchange shipping, this will not be deducted from the original order refund.
