FAQ'S
Q: Can I redeem less than 500 points at a time?
A: No. Points can be redeemed in 500 or 1000 increments
Q: What happens to my points if I return an order?
A: When we process your return, points earned on that item will be deducted from your account.
Q: What happens if I return an item that I already redeemed my points on?
A: You will be refunded what you paid for the item and the points redeemed will be added back to your account.
Q: I would like to redeem my points on an order that I am using another coupon code on. Is this possible?
A: Unfortunately it isn't. The system only allows one coupon per order.
Q: My birthday is this month. I signed up but did not receive my points. Why not?
A: Your birthday date must be added to your account more than 30 days before the date in order to receive your points.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Yes. Points expire 365 days after earning if there was no activity on the account.
