WE AT FELTMAN BROTHERS STRIVE FOR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN ALL ELIGIBLE ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIP DATE.

- The following items are excluded from returns: Gift Boxes & Bags, Hairbows, discounted styles, items purchased during promotion periods, and items that have been worn, altered or damaged.
- Only items ordered from the official feltmanbrothers.com website may be returned.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags and dust bags. Any items returned that do not fit these requirements are subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
Please note that if a return does not meet the requirements listed above, we have the right to refuse the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A return shipping fee of $10.65 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to be refunded via store credit to your account, the return shipping fee is waived.
REFUNDS
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment used when the order was placed. When you choose store credit, your refund will be added directly to your account balance and applied automatically at checkout on your next order.
Please note: Orders that received free shipping and are returned in full are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

EXCHANGE
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, simply process a return on the original order and place a new order.
