We at Feltman Brothers strive for 100% customer satisfaction. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return

all eligible items within 20 days of the original ship date.

Return Requirements

  • All eligible items may be returned unless purchased from our Outlet or during a promotional sale.
  • Only items ordered from the official feltmanbrothers.com website may be returned.
  • Items must be returned within 20 days of the original ship date.
  • Items must be unworn and any items altered or damaged may not be returned.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags and dust bags. Any items returned that do not fit these requirements are subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
  • All Feltman Brothers Dolls are final sale and non-refundable.
  • All Feltman Brothers Gift Boxes are final sale and non-refundable.

Please note that if a return does not meet the requirements listed above, we have the right to refuse the return.

Please note, all return costs are at the customers responsibility. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund when using our provided return label. 

Refunds:

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

Please be advised, if you received free shipping with your order and return the full order, $9.95 USD will be deducted from your total refund for domestic shipping.

Exchange:

Feltman Brothers does not offer direct exchanges for previous orders. If you would like to exchange your item, simply process a regular return on the original order and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. Please note, all exchange shipping costs are always at the responsibility of the buyer.
