We ship to all U.S. addresses and Military (APO/FPO) addresses. Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are treated as international shipments — see our International Shipping page for rates and timelines.

Processing Times
- Orders ship from our fulfillment center in New Jersey.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships.
- For guaranteed delivery dates, please use the Expedited Shipping options.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST Mon-Thurs begin processing the next business day. On Fridays, the cut-off time is 11:00 AM EST.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major Legal, Christian, and Jewish holidays.
- Delivery times above include both processing and transit time. They are estimates, not guarantees — for a guaranteed delivery date, choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.
- During major promotions or the holiday rush, order validation and processing may take slightly longer. Expedited orders are prioritized during these busier times.

Your Shipping Costs
Standard shipping for international orders is calculated based on the weight of your order and location of delivery. Your complete shipping total will show once all items are in the cart and and a delivery address is entered. If you receive an error message about your shipping charge quote, please contact our customer service department and we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
Recommended Payment Method
Due to security reasons, we cannot accept credit card payments for any foreign transactions. Please checkout with PayPal which is a secure payment option. Please contact us for any questions or concerns.
Order Processing
Your order will processed and packed & shipped out within 1-2 business days, AFTER all verification is complete. Actual shipping time frames vary depending on the shipping address location.
Custom and Duty Fees
Custom fees and duty with all international orders are charged directly to the customer from the shipping carrier. Feltman Brothers assumes no responsibility for any custom fees or duties.
Please note: Once a package has left the United States, we are not responsible for any delivery issues that may arise. By selecting international shipping, you assume full responsibility for the risk of loss or non-delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for packages lost outside of the USA.

We will not provide refunds in the event that tracking shows the item has been delivered, however we will consider sending replacements on a case-by-case basis. In the event of suspected "porch theft," we urge customers to contact their local authorities and file renters' or homeowners' insurance claims. We will not be held responsible for the disappearance of items that have been proven delivered.
