How can I place an order?

Ordering from the Feltman Brothers online boutique is easy. Once you are on a specific product page, simply select the color, size and quantity of the item you would like and click "Add to Bag". When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to check out. If you would like additional assistance placing an order, please contact Customer Service at 1-855-323-8983. We're here Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.(EST) and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (EST). For credit card security, we do not accept orders via email.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

You can choose to have your items gift wrapped in a signature Feltman Brothers Gift Box by adding the Gift Box to your cart. For more information read our full gifting options here.

How can I purchase a Feltman Brothers gift card?

E-gift cards can be purchased on the Feltman Brothers website and used by the recipient on the website as well. Read more about our gift card options on the Gifting Page on feltmanbrothers.com.

How do I know what size will fit?

Select the right size for every child using our Feltman Brothers size chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.

How do I pay for my order?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover) as well as PayPal, Feltman Brothers gift cards and store credits.

Due to Security reasons, we cannot accept credit card payments for any foreign transactions, or for any transactions that are over $500. You can checkout with PayPal which is a secure Payment option. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. 

Please make sure the Billing address on the order matches the address linked to your credit card. 

How quickly will my order be processed and shipped out?

What are the benefits of completing my account online?

Make shopping at feltmanbrothers.com faster and easier by creating an account online. You will be able to track your orders, save addresses, manage your password, check your gift card balance, and be notified on new arrivals, upcoming promotions and events. How do I sign up for my account?

Go to the My Account button at the top of the page and enter your information to create an account. You can edit or view your account at any time. The information in your account is confidential.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please click here to fill out a contact form. You can also call during business hours at 855-323-8983. We’ll do our best to cancel your order at this point. However, please keep in mind that our systems are designed to get orders on the way as quickly as possible, and we’ll be unable to cancel your order if it’s already entered our shipping & handling process.

How do I remove Items from my shopping bag?

Once your shopping cart page is open you can easily remove items from your cart by clicking on the button with an X near the items you wish to delete. Once confirming you wish to delete this item, your cart will automatically update.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Any unworn, unwashed and undamaged item purchased only from feltmanbrothers.com website may be returned or exchanged within 20 days from the ship date. For more information on how to complete your return please click here to see our full return and exchange policy.

What should I do if I received a damage item?

If for any reason you feel the item you received is damaged, please email a picture of the damaged item together with all order information including: customer name, customer phone number, order number and damaged product SKU. Please send the email to info@feltmanbrothers.com and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to assist you.

Which stores near me carry Feltman Brothers baby clothes?

I received a Feltman Brothers gift, can I exchange the item?

When will my order arrive? How can I track my order?

You can track your order any time by entering your tracking number into the order tracker on the Feltman Brothers website. You can access this page directly by clicking here.

How can I know if two items I buy will match?

Any color item on our site will match perfectly to any other item with the exact same color name. Example: All PINK items across the Feltman Brothers website will match exactly to any other PINK item regardless of fabric type.

We have made every effort to accurately display the products that appear on the Site. Nonetheless, due to lighting conditions, differences in monitor types and display settings, merchandise colors, materials and patterns may appear slightly different than they actually are. Feltman Brothers is not responsible for such visual differences.

What is your price adjustment policy?

We honor price adjustments within 7 days of your order date if the price drops on an item you purchased. We reserve the right to limit price adjustments during Black Friday / Cyber Monday Holiday season.

Why is my promotion code not working?

Check first to see if:

  • Promotion code has not expired.
  • Promotion Code has been entered correctly.
  • The items in your order qualify per the promotion details.
    • Read the promotion details to see if there are product exclusions that may prevent your order from qualifying for the promotion.
