- All eligible items may be returned unless purchased from our Outlet, at a discount, or during a promotional sale.
- Only items ordered from the official feltmanbrothers.com website may be returned.
- Items must be returned within 20 days of the original ship date.
- Items must be unworn and any items altered or damaged may not be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags and dust bags. Any items returned that do not fit these requirements are subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
- All Feltman Brothers Dolls are final sale and non-refundable.
- All Feltman Brothers Gift Boxes are final sale and non-refundable.
Please note that if a return does not meet the requirements listed above, we have the right to refuse the return.
Please note, all return costs are at the customers responsibility. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund when using our provided return label.

When we process your return, points earned on all returned items will be deducted from your account. If you redeemed points on an order that was subsequently returned, you will be refunded what you paid and the redeemed points will be added back to your account.
